1. Not legal advice
Forseti is an information and organization tool only. It is not legal advice or representation. No attorney–client relationship is created. Consult a licensed attorney for your case.
2. English rules control; translations
Federal rules, official court PDFs, and bundled forms in the app are in English and are authoritative. Spanish or Chinese menus, guides, and glossary text are uncertified convenience translations and may be wrong or incomplete. You must verify everything against official English sources before you file or act. You bear sole responsibility for any error from mistranslation.
3. Your responsibility
You alone are responsible for filings, deadlines, compliance with court rules, and all outcomes. Forseti does not file for you and guarantees no result.
4. No warranties
The app is provided “as is” without warranties of accuracy or fitness, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Asvaettir Labs and the developer are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, missed deadlines, translation errors, OCR mistakes, third-party links, or losses arising from use of Forseti. Total liability is limited to the greater of what you paid for the app in the prior 12 months or USD $50, except where law requires otherwise.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Asvaettir Labs against claims arising from your use of Forseti, your filings, or your violation of law or these Terms.

8. Changes & law
